The hotel location allowed convenient walks to main attractions. I found the breakfast to be superb each morning and Roberto in the dining room provided personable service. The room exceeded my expectations regarding size. I also appreciated the staff's cute and helpful attitude.
I noticed the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room. I generally expect this amenity.

It offered great city views. breakfast had a variety of options. the location suited my needs since i could reach main attractions with a short walk. i also appreciated the quick assistance from the staff when i needed alternative transport options.

When we arrived i was told they had upgraded our room, which gave us a balcony. the bathroom was fine, with great lighting and an excellent hairdryer. I had plenty of space in the closet with drawers to store my things. the rooftop restaurant was wonderful! i was immediately met with a smiling manager, who welcomed me and asked how i wanted my coffee.
my only complaint is that we had mosquitoes in the room. i should have spoken up the first day i noticed them, as the hotel provides a machine to trap or kill them. i noticed it in the closet. but didn't plug it in since i didn't know what it was for
