The staff offered solutions when i needed them. the rooftop pool was so lovely. it was peaceful, a genuine oasis. the rooftop views added such a special touch. I reminded me of i could see the whole world.
the elevator was slow, and i found myself waiting a few extra moments each time i used it.

the hotel stands near the arno river, this setting provided convenient access to walks along the water. i found the proximity to many local restaurants and shops to be quite convenient, allowing easy exploration. tour meeting sites are within a fifteen-minute walk.

convenient location superb breakfast spacious room helpful staff
The hotel location allowed convenient walks to main attractions. I found the breakfast to be superb each morning and Roberto in the dining room provided personable service. The room exceeded my expectations regarding size. I also appreciated the staff's cute and helpful attitude.
I noticed the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room. I generally expect this amenity.

I stayed for several nights and found the rooftop terrace particularly appealing. It offered great city views. breakfast had a variety of options. the location suited my needs since i could reach main attractions with a short walk. i also appreciated the quick assistance from the staff when i needed alternative transport options.
I found no complimentary bottled water in my room. I now assume this service is standard.

When we arrived i was told they had upgraded our room, which gave us a balcony. the bathroom was fine, with great lighting and an excellent hairdryer. I had plenty of space in the closet with drawers to store my things. the rooftop restaurant was wonderful! i was immediately met with a smiling manager, who welcomed me and asked how i wanted my coffee.
my only complaint is that we had mosquitoes in the room. i should have spoken up the first day i noticed them, as the hotel provides a machine to trap or kill them. i noticed it in the closet. but didn't plug it in since i didn't know what it was for

my room was more than i expected, it was spacious and super clean. i had bathrobes and slippers provided in the room. the air conditioning was definitely a life saver. the beds had a high standard of comfort.

the hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood just outside of the main area! it is a short walk away. the arno river is very close, which makes for a perfect stroll. the hotel is ten minutes from the main train station.
